At 9:00 you state that the menu goal is to have 10 items including 2 skinny cows. Why? You told us to cut them earlier in the video. Is this an error?

I first caught my staff stealing about $10 total at a time many times over. I confronted him but unfortunately I didnt't fire him. I was mad at him and I let him know how disappointed I was. 2 days later he stole everything (about $800) and left. Thats the last time I'm ever giving somebody a second chance ever!

I own the oldest Food Truck / Cart in the world, 1860's. Few things I never hear from videos on businesses, etc. 1. Weather / Environment. 2. Trading Times / Hours and Days. 3. Set Location and times at that location 4. Local Major Events to research for upcoming, trade at your set location, and stock more popular foods - considering the type of people going to those events too. 5. Easy access to short-term parking / nearby bus stop, etc for customers. That is all I will share as I had to learn all the pitfalls myself. lmao. Plus, that's all I can remember off the top of my head, I am getting old. lmaooooo

It’s trial and error on knowing what people want. If I was opening a coffee roastery I’m not concerned about making sugar based drinks. People that go to higher end coffee places expect better quality coffee. If they want their diabetes drink they can go to Starbucks.

Isn’t a cloud kitchen the actual facility that is being used to produce the food? Whereas you’re talking about restaurants/caters that USE a cloud kitchen.

I think we are to the point wer all this tech that is supposed to simplify life has actually made it harder and longer everything is online now or digital u passwords signals more devices. We don't talk to other humans as much or create genuine connections at least for me. Oh and having to wait and listen to entire phone messages before you know what button to push that's provided what you are calling about is even one of the options.wer as in past a person could have just said yes or no or a simple answer.
